Okay then … a completely new reconditioned engine with a two year guarantee and hopefully we’ll be leaving on Thursday. Apparently absolutes are less absolute in the world of auto mechanics.

The garage are taking responsibility and are currently dissecting the engine for the post mortem. Worst case it’ll take a week to get back on the road and we may even get a brand new engine out of it. Sweeeet.
